Kabel
A.Þ. has an extensive machine portfolio to deliver different requirements. These are various cutting and straightening
machines for wire width up to 6mm. These wires are being chamfered in
different length utilizing Vitari/Italy
and Makel A.Þ./Turkey machines. For rapid prototyping
are special parts automatic wire shaping machine from Macsoft/France
is used. Machines from Ideal/Germany are employed for the mesh
production. The aim is to have a special welding
and assembly line for each seperate product. Abrasive sand and pin blasting
is used for surface treatment. Kabel A.Þ. has the capability to coat
the finished products in polyamide and polyethilene.
Dishwasher baskets are coated with polyamþde in single stage tunnel
kiln. For polyethylene
a double chamber coating kiln is employed. The final products are shipped
to the
customer with the necessary plastic parts and accessories mounted. |
