wiring for refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers. With this
capability range and compa-rative low cost advantege, Kabel A.Þ. can
offer optimized solutios according to customer requirements.
Kabel
A.Þ. uses cable according to EU norms (HAR). The connectors, terminals
and IDC
are sourced from world's leading producers like AMP, Stocko, Molex,
Escubedo, Grote & Hartmann.
In
the production production process, fully automated stripping, cutting
and crimping machines from Megomat/Switzerland, Komax/Switzerland and
Stocko/Germany are employed. Special & precise tooling are utilized
for different applications. The tests for crimp force, cross section
analysis, height and width,voltage drop and continuity are done according to
standarts. Cable
harnesses are shipped to customes with the components assembled, avoiding
extra handling and assembling costs and risks. Kabel A.Þ. also has the
injection moulding facilities to supply its own needs. The production
systems design and manufacturing are within the scope of activities
and are provided by the group company, Makel A.Þ. |
